Robot Wiring Harness and robot connection cable are key electrical transmission systems that ensure robots execute commands accurately. The product adopts a precision integrated wire harness assembly process, selecting high-purity oxygen-free copper wire cores combined with a double-layer shielding structure to achieve interference-free signal transmission. The outer layer is covered with an oil-resistant and flame-retardant PUR insulation layer, which not only complies with IPC 620 electronic assembly wiring standards, but also passes ISO 10218 robot safety certification and UL testing, with both wear resistance and environmental adaptability.

Designed for robot joint rotation, module docking and other scenarios, it integrates power supply, position detection and data communication functions. The wire harness connector adopts self-locking waterproof terminals, suitable for the compact installation space of robots, and can operate stably in the temperature range of -45℃~110℃, resisting high-frequency torsion, mechanical impact and chemical medium erosion. The cable harness adopts an anti-tangle spiral layout, and the wiring loom is equipped with a high-strength nylon braided sheath to ensure smooth wiring follow-up during multi-attitude robot movement and extend service life.
